Corrie L. Pillon DC, FIAMA, Dipl.Med.Ac., CCEP Dr. Pillon was born and raised in a small suburb just outside of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. After attending high school in Burlington, Ontario, Dr. Pillon obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and a Diploma in Honors Standing in Medical Biophysics from The University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. She later continued her education at The National University of Health Sciences (formerly known as The National College of Chiropractic) in Lombard, Illinois. It was there that she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and Doctorate of Chiropractic.
Since then, Dr. Pillon has become a Certified Acupuncturist, and then a Fellow and a Diplomate, of the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture. Dr. Pillon has also received a Certification in Custom Foot Orthotics and is a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner with the Council on Extremity Adjusting. Through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, Dr. Pillon is Webster Technique Certified. Currently, she is working towards obtaining Diplomates in Nutrition, Internal Disorders and Functional Medicine. Dr. Pillon is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the Colorado Chiropractic Association, the Colorado Women’s Chiropractic Association and the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
Dr. Pillon joined the chiropractic team at Lifetime Health and Wellness in 2007. Here she employs a combination of chiropractic manipulation, acupuncture, and nutrition to help her patients recover, and promote wellness in their lives. Her primary interest is in women’s health with an emphasis on natural methods for hormone balancing, fertility support and prenatal care, as well as pain/injury management.
Outside of the practice Dr. Pillon enjoys numerous activities including softball, skiing, snowboarding, biking, running, and hiking which she shares with her husband, their dog Bella, and her friends.
