Our Chiropractors Heal Naturally

Our two chiropractors, Dr. Randy B. Snyder and Dr.Courtney R. Gilmer are experienced in treating car accident injury, personal injury, back pain and sports injury patients. Our chiropractors also focus on providing preventative care and wellness care. Our methods include traditional hands-on spinal adjustments in addition to Diversified techniqueThompson techniqueActivator technique, Impulse techique, and CATS Cranial technique. We select the proper treatment in order to suit your needs and situation. Whether your case requires special care for soft tissue or an adjustment that covers the cranium, pelvis, or extremities, we work hard to provide you with the most appropriate care.

We are proud to offer spinal decompression for patients who have chronic pain (such as arthritis) and disc problems. This treatment can often help stop pain and even to avoid invasive surgery.

Acupuncture,Graston, Kaufman's, Dry Needle Therapy (TDN) and Massage Therapy
for Pain Relief

Additionally, we offer holistic methods of care including acupuncture, dry needle therapy, Graston, Active Release Technique, Kinesio Taping and massage therapy. Our chiropractors are knowledgeable in needle acupuncture and acupressure, and laser acupuncture. Acupuncture is a highly effective method of reducing pain or inflammation and can work well for personal injury such as shoulder pain, neck pain, headache, or back pain. It is also used as a wellness measure to keep the body balanced and to help patients feel their best. Acupuncture is shown to be successful for Bell's palsy, post-stroke rehabilitation, and overall body pain among many other symptoms.

Dry needle therapy (TDN) may be helpful for patients who have chronic pain, referred muscle pain, and whose muscles have started to atrophy due to disuse.

Kinesio Taping is a very important part of our treatments as well, especially for our athletes. This method of taping injuries in a specific fashion helps to support athletic function and improve performance.

Massage therapy (often used in partnership with other chiropractic healing methods or for de-stress therapy) and the Alpha-Stim SCS treatment (for help with PTSD, insomnia, stress, and depression) is another one of our services. Our massage therapy techniques include craniosacral, deep tissue, lymph drainage, myofascial release, sports massage, and trigger point.

At Lifetime Health and Wellness we are glad to help you find relief from chronic pain and injuries, as well as attain your overall wellness goals. We have helped patients recover from a car accident injury, sports injury, relief from shoulder pain, neck pain or back pain, manage symptoms of disease, and attain optimal health. Whether you are dealing with a hurt back or just need help with stress and anxiety, our skilled team of chiropractors is here to help you heal.
