Our Chiropractors Heal Naturally

Our three chiropractors, Dr. Randy B. Snyder and Dr.Courtney R. Gilmer are experienced in treating car accident injury, personal injury, back pain and sports injury patients. Our chiropractors also focus on providing preventative care and wellness care. Our methods of chiropractic care include traditional hands-on spinal adjustments, the Diversified technique, the Thompson technique, the Activator technique, theImpulse techique, and the CATS Cranialtechnique. We select the proper treatment from our broad range of specialties in order to suit your needs. Whether your case requires special instruments for straightening (such as with the Graston technique) or whether you need a more intense adjustment that covers the cranium, pelvis, or your extremities, we will work with you to design a customized treatment plan that incorporates the necessary techniques.

In addition to adjustments, spinal decompression is offered for patients who have chronic pain (such as arthritis) and disc problems. This treatment can often help to stop pain and even to avoid surgical intervention. Our chiropractors may recommend this therapy if manual adjustments are not providing enough pain relief.

Acupuncture,Graston, Kaufman's, Dry Needle Therapy (TDN) and Massage Therapy
for Pain Relief

In addition to our comprehensive chiropractic care, we offer other holistic methods of care including acupuncture, dry needle therapy, Graston, Active Release Technique, Kinesio Taping and massage therapy. We also offer acupuncture in both needle, acupressure, and laser form. Acupuncture is a highly effective method of reducing pain and inflammation and can work well for a personal injury such as shoulder pain, neck pain, headache, or back pain. Acupuncture is also used as a wellness measure to keep the body balanced and to help patients feel their best. Acupuncture has been shown to be successful for Bell's palsy, post-stroke rehabilitation, and overall body pain among many other symptoms.

Dry needle therapy (TDN) may be helpful for patients who have chronic pain, referred muscle pain, and whose muscles have started to atrophy due to disuse. Kinesio Taping is a very important part of our treatments as well, especially for our athletes. This method of taping injuries in a specific fashion helps to support athletic function and improve performance.

Our facility also offers massage therapy (often used as a helpful complement to other chiropractic healing methods or for de-stressing therapy) and the Alpha-Stim SCS treatment (for help with PTSD, insomnia, stress, and depression). Our massage therapy techniques include craniosacral, deep tissue, lymph drainage, myofascial release, sports massage, and trigger point, to name a few.

At Lifetime Health and Wellness, we are glad to help you find relief from chronic pain and injuries, as well as attain your overall wellness goals. We have helped patients recover from a car accident injury, sports injury, relief from shoulder pain, neck pain or back pain, manage symptoms of disease, and attain optimal health. Whether you are dealing with a hurt back or just need help with stress and anxiety, our skilled team of chiropractors is here to help you heal.
